Can I choose the page order?
Yes. Toolbox merges the files in the order you set. To reorder single pages afterwards, use Organize PDF.
Are my PDFs uploaded to merge them?
No. Toolbox is a desktop app, so it reads and writes the file on your own computer. It never uploads your files.
Does it change the original files?
No. Toolbox writes a new merged PDF and leaves the source files as they are.
