Toolbox for ChatGPT

Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the hosted Toolbox Password Remover through ChatGPT.

Effective date: October 4, 2026

What the service does

Toolbox creates a separate copy of a supported PDF or Office document after you provide its existing password. It does not recover, guess, or bypass an unknown password. It does not overwrite the original attachment.

Use files you are allowed to process

Only submit files that you own or have permission to process. You must already know the password. Do not use the service to access a file without authorization or to violate another person’s rights.

Keep the download link private

The service returns an unlocked copy through a private link that expires after ten minutes. Anyone with the link can download the file before it expires. Save the result promptly and do not share the link with people who should not access the file.

Availability and limits

The service may reject unsupported, damaged, oversized, or incorrectly passworded files. It may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Toolbox does not promise that every file will process successfully or that the service will always be available.

Price

Toolbox does not charge for this plugin or its password-removal feature. Your use remains subject to ChatGPT, Netlify, and Auth0 account limits and terms.

Changes or suspension

Maulik Sompura may change or suspend the service to maintain security, comply with law, or address misuse. Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a new effective date.
